This high-intensity class is designed to improve your endurance, strength, and overall power on the bike. Over the course of an hour, you’ll push your limits with structured intervals, challenging resistance levels, and controlled recovery periods.
What to Expect:
• Warm-up: A steady ride to get your heart rate up, warm your muscles, and mentally prepare for the challenge ahead.
• Power Intervals: A mix of short, high-intensity efforts, longer climbs, and speed work, designed to increase your power output and endurance. You’ll work in different power zones, alternating between bursts of maximum effort and lower-intensity recovery.
• Cooldown: An easy effort ride to bring your heart rate down, followed by stretches to promote recovery and flexibility.
This class is perfect for cyclists of all levels who want to boost their performance, build leg strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Expect to feel the burn and leave with a sense of accomplishment!

This class is based on interval training , we will work on long hill climbs and short burst of sprints to get your heart rate up and recover quickly . The last half of the class we’ll work on endurance . Keeping in the 70 to 80 % percent range to push your body to improve aerobic function and heart and lunge capacity. Think longer intervals and sustained effort . To boost your fat burning ability .
Julie works to ensure that her classes are both fun and challenging, leaning heavily on the surge of energy that comes from a perfect beat drop to motivate riders to push themselves just a little bit harder.
